shall be carried out between the “Client” and “Mi Taladro Perforará El Cielo S.L.”;

4. ORBITALTHEME ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING PROCESS

The price of the product is as follow:
- – 59.00 euros (taxes included) for a single license.
- – 159.00 euros (taxes included) for 3 licenses.
- – 249.00 euros (taxes included) for 5 licenses.
The e-procurement process shall be divided into 3 phases.
First Phase.- Once on the page, you can access the cart through a purchase button in any of the two modalities.
Second Phase.- Then you will be redirected to the cart page through the Woocomerce payment platform where you upon providing the requested contact information, you can make the payment by PayPal or Credit Card.
Third Phase.- After making the payment, you will receive an email with proof of payment and username / password.
5. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT METHOD

Payment shall be made through any of the following means:

Upon contract dissolution, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
The following shall be grounds for contract termination:
- The falsehood, in whole or in part, of the data provided in the process of contracting any service.
- Alter, evade, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or alter in any way the security technology provided by Mi Taladro Perforará El Cielo S.L..
- Also cases of abuse of support services by requiring more hours than those established in the contract.
